The BIOWRAP System provides appraisers with the advantage of accurately associating their identity and credentials to a secure ‘true copy’ appraisal report that cannot be altered. Is the individual who they claim to be?

With BIOWRAP, only you can be you. To be activated on the BIOWRAP System your identity is verified first and only then can you apply your appraisal credentials to your certified identity.

Is the individual authorized to create this file as a credentialed appraiser?

Only you can operate with your appraiser credentials and only you can apply this credential to your appraisal report.

How can I limit my liability as a client or as an appraiser?

BIOWRAP limits the liability for the client and the appraiser by offering the appraiser the ability to create an unalterable ‘true copy’ appraisal report that is verifiably authored by you, an authenticated and credentialed appraiser in the JVI network of appraisers.

Is the BIOWRAP System Complicated to learn?

No, the BIOWRAP System is very easy to learn and operate. Simply select your completed appraisal report (that could be in file format), login with your certified identity, select to apply your appraisal credentials to the file and save the file.

Will BIOWRAP work on any file type and can anybody open my file?

Yes, BIOWRAP can easily be applied to any electronic file type and only requires a free reader application to view the BIOWRAP file.

How secure is my appraisal report?

BIOWRAP files cannot be altered.

Is there an audit capability?

Yes. Not only does BIOWRAP provide the highest form of authentication and security related to an appraiser’s appraisal report but now appraisers will be able to track all those that view their unalterable ‘true copy’ appraisal reports. An added benefit is that this tracking feature offers appraisers a legally permissible and undeniable forensic trail should the need ever arise.
